Before any script is written you tell us about safety rules, shift timings, restricted areas and who has to sign off, and the plan is built around them. Often it can, because the footage of your plant is largely the same. The two films still need their own scripts and edits, and the second edit is quoted on top of the shoot. Tell us about both uses at the start so the crew shoots enough coverage for each. Two uses from one shoot day is usually the cheapest way to bring the cost per use down.
Permission to film from your own admin team and, in a shared building, from the building manager. Tell us which floors and which people will be on camera. Staff who prefer not to appear can be kept out of frame, and it is easier for you to sort this out before the shoot day than on it.
It depends on how quickly your scripts are approved and when your site is free for the shoot. Every quote comes with a schedule that lists the date for each review, so you can see where the time goes. A film with several approvers at head office will run longer than one signed off by a single plant head.
