Why Frame Makerzzz

A studio where the whole film is made in-house

Since 2015 we have made explainer videos, 2D and 3D animation, corporate films and ad films for brands that need complicated things explained well. Working here means working on a film from the first idea to the final mix, next to the people who make each part.

  • 01

    Everything under one roof

Research, scripting, design, 2D and 3D animation, live-action shoots, voiceover and final mix all happen in the same studio, so you see a film through from brief to delivery.

  • 02

    Work for brands people know

Our films have been made for clients such as TATA, IIFL, Amazon India, LIC, ICICI and JSW, across industries from pharma and healthcare to automotive and finance.

  • 03

    A mix of formats

Explainer videos, 2D and 3D animation, corporate films, ad films and video marketing. You can grow across formats instead of repeating one.

  • 04

    OneTeam, Many Talents

Writers, illustrators, animators, editors, directors and sound designers work together daily, so ideas get questioned and improved before a client ever sees them.

Teams you can join

Eleven teams, one studio

We take applications for every team below, all year. Pick one to see what the work involves, what we look for and what to send. Not sure? Choose Open Application and tell us what you do best.

Team 01 of 11

2D Animation

Characters, explainers and flat motion

The 2D team turns scripts and storyboards into animated explainers, product stories and campaign films. You work from illustrated style frames to final rigged or frame-by-frame animation.

What you would work on

  • Animate characters, objects and scenes from approved storyboards
  • Build rigs and reusable character assets for series work
  • Time animation to voiceover and music
  • Prepare final renders in every aspect ratio the client needs
  • Fix feedback rounds quickly and cleanly

What we look for

  • Smooth, readable timing, not just pretty frames
  • A clear eye for acting and character movement
  • Clean layer and file organisation others can pick up
  • Comfort taking feedback and turning it round fast

Tools that help

  • After Effects
  • Adobe Animate
  • Toon Boom Harmony
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Duik or similar rigging tools

What to share

A showreel of 2 to 4 minutes with your best 2D work first. Note which parts you animated yourself.

Who it suits

Freshers with a strong reel and experienced animators both welcome.

What we look for in everyone

Skills get you shortlisted. These get you hired.

Whatever team you apply to, this is what we hope to see in your work and in how you talk about it.

  1. Story before software

Tools change every year. We hire people who know why a shot works, then teach the tool.

  2. Finish what you start

Deadlines are real because client campaigns and launches are real. We value people who deliver and say early when something is at risk.

  3. Take feedback well

Every film goes through review rounds. The best people treat notes as a way to improve the film, not as a verdict on themselves.

  4. Stay curious about subjects

One week it is a drug's mode of action, the next an engine or a loan product. Curiosity makes the explanation clear.

  5. Keep your files tidy

Someone else will open your project. Clean layers, clear names and organised folders save the whole team time.

  6. Be easy to work with

Teams across writing, design, animation and production depend on each other. Clear updates and a calm tone go a long way.
